Default Front UJoint Cap bolts

Hi,

I'm trying to find a substitue to my rounded bolts.. I'm not sure where to find it tho.. I don't think Canadian Tire have this, I didn't even ask them but I wanted to buy online if possible.. I've looked at fastenal.com but I don't see what I need..

The bolt MinDia is 0.277inches Major Dia 0.306inches
From what I see the bolt is 0.0416666 pitch (24 threads per inch)
The bolt length minus the head is 33mm and the thread length 21 mm

It's the 11mm head bolt on the ujoint caps.

Is that a common bolt that I could find anywhere?

I think what I'm going to do is buy allen bolts that will not round off and I believe the correct size is 5/16 x 24 x 1" 3/4 if I'm not mistaken..

Autozone or Advance should have these in stock- it's called a strap kit. I think it's P/N 81000.

Personally, I wouldn't use just any old bolt. Your driveshaft takes alot of abuse. Get the strongest ones you can find.
