Default fuel line to nut kit connection

Quick question. Is there some kind of gasket or O ring in the connection between the fuel lines and the nut kit? I took mine apart as part of replacing the head gasket and I don't see anything except a metal to metal connection. It didn't leak before but I would think there needs to be something to keep it from leaking. Search didn't help.

95 Blazer; 4.3 Vortec engine; 160,000 miles; auto trans; 4 door;

Thanks
Mike

If I am reading this correctly...there should be a rubber 'o' ring on the feed lines on the back of the intake. You should see a shoulder on the metal line that meets the 'nut unit' with a 'o' ring on it. Jerry good luck-Merry Christmas
