The grey relay in the center is the fuel pump relay. Just forward of the relay, and below the yellow 20 amp fuse, is the fuel pump prime terminal. The terminal is connected to the grey wire and runs directly to the fuel pump. Applying battery voltage totally bypasses the relay. This is a 1998 that's in my shop right now, but I believe all 1996 and newer are similar.



All CSFI systems 1996 & newer use the same diagnostics & specs. 5psi drop in 1 minute is far too much leakdown. Step #3 in this link explains: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...el_sys1of5.gif
