I wanted to fire the injectors to look for leaks in the spider/plenum while I had it off but I already put it back together.

Your best bet is the balance test below. Here is one way to do this:

Just thought I would add this picture. I was checking spark at the plugs last night and broke a plug wire. Going to try to replace tonight.

So I finally got a good spark tester and checked the coil and it had an great spark. Not so good at the plugs. New cap and rotor and it fired right up. Thanks for the help.
