Another thought. Are you able to disconnect the fuel return line from the regulator while you have all of this apart to see if the fuel is passing through the regulator back to the tank when the pressure is dropping below 55 psi at the test port?

I will disconnect the fuel line from the regulator next and give that a try. Also when i pulled the injectors out the lug? the cylindrical end of the injector, stayed in the intake, now to pull the lower intake off to get them out. My guess is that i am going to have to get a new spider assembly, if so, maybe this will fix my problem, Is the injectors, Or, are the injectors fixable?

I don’t know about the ability to repair the injectors. You are not leaking back to the tank and you are not leaking externally or from the injectors. The only option left is the regulator Bleeding down below spec to the return line.

Ok, thanks George, I think I will just replace the spider assembly, this will hopefully fix the problem, the blazer has been driven very little over the past 4 years and no telling what is stuck open\closed,
