Hi my friends.
Anyone know the bolt size to the top cross member to the back of the support frame for the fuel pump ground.


Less then five G's ago I put in a Delco pump to replace the crappy spectra that PO put in.


Wiggle wires and bang around pump comes on like magic.


Changed solenoids.


To me it feels like "shaky Ground" rather then a dead spot on the pump motor.


If the thing is spinng it's not going to just happen to land on a dead spot.


The reason I ask is I'm working on a broken leg with no helper, so if anyone knows the ground wire fuel pump nut size it would be a great help!

 

Hi Jeff, I think the bolt is 13mm. If that doesn't fix the problem, check the connector at the fuel pump module.
