Fuel warning light question
My wife called & said that the low fuel warning light came on & can she drive 10+miles to the usual station. I didn't know & she stopped at a near by station instead. It took a little ove 14 gals. to fill. When she got home I looked & it said that the tank is 19 gal. total. Does that sound correct? It's '02 BlaZeR2 & we just got it 14 days ago. Thanks

RE: Fuel warning light question
I got a 2000 and I got a 17 gallon tank according to some car website I went to. On the gas tank I think it says 18 though. When I get the low gas light that comes on I go fill and it takes about 13 gallons to fill. So if you willing to take the risk I bet you probably could have got another 75 or so miles until you ran out of gas.

RE: Fuel warning light question
What are you using to say that the tank is 19gallons? If you are using the driver information center in the overhead console, that is not fuel in the tank. That is fuel consumed since it was reset.
