gas goes in really slowly on a 2001 blazer...any thoughts?
I wish I had found this thread about 2 months ago. I tore my hair out trying to diagnose this issue. Through process of elimination I narrowed it down to the canister that has been recommended. There is a solenoid activated plunger that fails. I believe this opens and closes continuously to build up and release pressure in the tank. 12V applied should close the plunger. I picked mine up at a junk yard off an S-10 for $2.

you put up with that crap for how long???
Yup...it's true. I had a lot of people (including automotive places) telling me that it was going to be a HUGE ticket fix, so I just ignored it and tolerated it since it was just a minor annoyance/inconvenience...except for the winters, that is.
