dude i freakin love my 2001 s-10 blazer its in excellent condition i know its heavy with a big v-6 m getting 15 miles to gallon is this consistent with everybody else does anyone have advice except driving lke miss daisey

 

Sounds like you prefer to get to your destination quicker than most so 15 isn't bad since most of the normal drivers here appear to average about 17-18. Highway driving I get between 20-22 at 60-65 mph....going 90...not sure. There's a thread somewhere around here where everyone listed what they were getting. As for being heavy...most of it is due to the frame which
seems to be missing in most new cars and light trucks.
