So my odometer and shift indicator will not light up. I"ve had it out and checked the solder connections, all ok. checked fuses, ok. I want to get a replacement. My question is Does any one know what cluster can I use. I have a 98, will a 01 work? Hoping to vist a craigslister this afternoon, should have asked sooner.

OK, OK, I can take a hint. I'd like to check my gas mileage but I need an odometer. I'll search until I find one out of a 98.

If the clusters look the same. they SHOULD. i would think. Sorry nobody has posted, either they dont know,or they dont care to sign up on the forum and post info. Only thing im not sure of is if the automatics have a shift indicator....Im guessing they do,just the wire harnesses for the autos dont have the pin for the power to the shift light. Since yours does,it might work. Go for it. its either take a chance on it working or not having working gauges.
