Wiring problems are, IMHO, the worst problems to track down. I would recommend you purchase a factory service manual set, get comfy, and start reading through the wiring diagrams until you know which circuits are on that fuse and what connectors are involved. Then start probing out the wires with a multimeter, looking for shorts to ground in the main power wires.
