as the subject says good fuel pump and spark buy my dad's 1995 blazer will not start the fuel fiter is clean good fuel presure but it wont start can any one help us out please

Does it hold pressure if it doesn't, find the return line underneath on the drivers side near the frame rail and clamp it. Then turn the key on and see what the pressure is if it doesn't hold it may be your regulator. I had this problem but it turned out that the pulsator on the fuel sender in the tank went bad.
