Got no Park. How do you adjust the gear selector cable???

Got no Park. How do you adjust the gear selector cable???
I have a 95 s10 blazer. Shifter on the tree. I have to climb underneath and shift it into park. It Obviously isn't pushing far enough. Can this be adjusted?
