Default Hard start when cold or humid

Ello. My 95 blazer (229k miles) has a hard time starting in the morning mostly when cold out. Takes any were from a few to almost ten cranks to start up. When trying to start it cranks but not getting any RPMS. Then after a few the RPMs will jump but I still have to crank till it finally kicks over. Once it runs it smooth. I recently got a new fule injector in due to the bad one stalling out the truck when stoped. I got a new battery which has so far avoided me needing to get jumped when unsuccessfully starting the truck. But I feel it getting harder to start up an usualy requires two cranks in the afternoon. I'm not sure if any one has had this issue an has a way to try an diagnosis this. I know it could be a number of things. But if theses signs could help narrow it down that be nice.

1) Can you explain this further:

"When trying to start it cranks but not getting any RPMS."

2) Please describe further what was done to your fuel injection system.

3) What is your battery voltage when you just turn the key on?

4) What is your battery voltage when you are cranking the starter but it has not started yet?

5) What is your battery voltage when the truck is running?

George
