Default Having a trouble that needs to stop.

Well, what else is going to happen to my blazer. I have a 98 s-10 Ls 4dr. Okay just a simple put out of what happens I'll be driving and stop somewhere and try to start my blazer and when I turn the key to start it It makes this clicking noise from under the car it sounds like the starter or a bad ground it only does this every once in awhile. it clicks once not multiple times. And about a hour or so after it does this it will start right up or sometimes if I go under the hood and wiggle the positive it starts after trying to turn the key a few times. It's a brand new bat no corrosion nad has a tight connection. Any ideas of what this is? Or if any other question for my description is needed ask. Thanks.

Replace both of your battery cables. Off the shelf cables are just not well made anymore and don't hold up like they used to.

How could that be the case? I took it to advanced an o'riellys and they said it sounded like a starter silonoid. they tried to run a coder but it wouldn't work then put my car into security. I'm clueless and about to sell the pile of ****, due to all the bs that has happened. I've put more than what the car is worth just for something else to happen.

Bad cables will act just like a dead battery. You may see 12volts at the starter but as soon as you try to put a load through the cables the starter solenoid will just click because there is not enough current to turn the starter.

Well, turns out the starter solenoid was gone in it. Guess thats what I get for buying a no brand name japan 57$ starter they exchanged it and I put a new one alone with new cables and runs just fine. Also my volt's are running as high as they use to.
