I would suggest getting a headlamp assembly from a wrecking yard. Then depending on the quality of the replacement, either swap it in or disassemble it and the original, and swap the mechanism.
New headlamp assemblies can be purchased but I found they don't have quite the same mechanisms like the originals. The adjustments used phillips head screws instead of the Torx. The retainers for the bulbs were not as secure either. So, in order to have the new lenses, I swapped the adjustment mechanisms from the original assemblies to the new ones and then installed the new assemblies.
I wanted these for a 1968 Chevy c10. The plastic clasps and changing screws work great and fit well. Anyway the springs are some unacceptable orinetation for my truck. I would purchase these again as the unit is less expensive here than any of my neighborhood vehicle parts stores.
