Headlights don't work - help!
Good point. However, when I pull the combo switch to activate the brights, I hear the relay clicking, but still no illumination on the instrument cluster.
Do you still think that could be the problem?
I have a schematic here I can email you.
Thanks for the help!!

RE: Where is the headlight ground relay?
It is located in the Body Relay Block on the driver side of the dash. Accessible by removing the cover. The cover should have a diagram of the body relay block showing the location of the relay. If it does not, find the diagram below:

Thanks!
You can delete my other thread.
I just took some more of the dash apart under the steering wheel and I can't find the body relay block. I can see from the gas pedal to the back of the instrument cluster and there is no block.
What "cover" do I have to take off?
Edit: I just noticed "Dont PM for tech help" in your sig. Sorry about that.

Open the door and look at the side of the dash, directly behind the headlight switch. It should become apparent what I am describing.
And do not worry about the PM. I had to put that in my signature because I was having to deal with sometimes 50+ PMs a day for tech help from people that were not even making an attempt to post. I hope the explanation I have given as to why it is not advised makes sense.

I hear the relays clicking right in that area when I lock and unlock the door, but I still cant find the block anywhere. Im stumped. Do I have to remove the headlight switch panel or something?
Nope. Like I said, it is off the very end of the dash, what you cannot see when the door is closed, but can see when it is open. It is the vertical portion of the end of the dash.
Here is another view that I was able to find which should show it better. The view is taken from the point of view as if you were standing at the front driver wheel while looking back at the dash:

Sorry, I found it shortly after posting last.
swapping around relays didnt work so it must be a corroded ground wire somewhere.
Can I just splice/add a ground wire to each bulb and ground them out?
