I've tried all the obvious stuff, and am coming up clueless. Just replaced the fuel pump a week ago, and the heater core last November, among other major repairs, but this one's got me especially stumped. It started two days ago, and I haven't been able to figure it out since, despite hours of banging my head against a wall. Because the problem is hard to explain, I made this video.

Any suggestions? Please?

it might be the headlight swich or a bad daytime running light relay.
