Default HeadLights not working properly

Hello to all, I've got a problem with my 96 Blazer maybe someone can help.
My Headlights are pretty much bugging out. The Day time running lights work perfectly altough u can see some flickering just a little but thats not really my concernas of now. However, My Low beams arent working at all, whenI push the switch my DT Lights turn off as if the low beams were turning on but they dont. My High Beams work But some howthe one ondrivers side blew out im guessing at the same time my Low beams went out because i have never noticedone light out.

Anyone ever have this problem??? Is it the switch??? Ive noticed that the switch was pretty much broken since I purchased the truck. You would have to press the switch down to a certain point for the headlights to turn on. If u pressed it all the way down the Headlights wouldnt go on.

Any help???

Yes it does sound like the switch is going bad. It was a fairly common issue. See if you can find a used one in a junkyard because I believe it's a fairly expensive part new.

Headlight switch at Autozone for a 96 Blazer is 17.99 plus tax. Its a cheap fix. Its also very possible the high/low dimmer switch is going bad. On my 94 Sonoma it was bad and sometimes my headlights would only work when they felt like it.

Now the dimmer switch is a different story. $232 at Autozone with cruise and tilt wheel, as the switch and handle is all one assembly.

OUCH!!!!

So it's maybe time for a salvage yard run.
