Pic was very helpful. That connector goes to the top right of your box. "Electric Actuator (temperature)" is the name of what it plugs into. Open your glovebox, there's a J-hook top left. Push up on it and open your glove box *all* the way. (here's where it gets hard) Behind the silver actuator arm you'll see a small black box on top of your heater box. That connector plugs down into it, to the right of the small screw. Connector faces front to rear - latch going to the right. Long needle nose pliers would very helpful. (looked at mine, HOO BOY!)

Assuming your blower motor works, you can hear the speeds change. When you move the range control do you hear anything happen, any doors moving? I went home and my manuals are where I work so I'm in guess mode now...... I recall that even in the off position vacuum is directed to two of the actuators. Any chance you left a line off? Did you have to remove any lines to change the core? To start from the beginning I guess I'd pull the dash trim and pull out the heater controls. Pull the connector off of the mode switch and start the truck. Check for vacuum at the black line. (just put your finger over it or you'll hear a hiss). If you don't have it doors won't move. (broken line or pinched shut) Other than that I'd say you have a line off an actuator.. Which one? <shrugs> If you happen to have a vacuum pump I'd say try pulling a vacuum on the other colored lines and see which one is open if the black is working. I've pinched wires putting things together, I figure maybe that vacuum source might've gotten between the box & firewall?

Ok thanks so much, the blower motor works and i can hear the speeds change. I do not however hear anything with the doors opening or anything so i would have to assume maybe it would be the sorce of the vacume because non of them work? What do you think? sure do apprecate your help and your time.
