Default heater problems

blower fan only works on high..replaced the control module in the dash as well as the resistor under the hood..i can live with the fan on high..but here's the problem.. it will not work when the temp falls below.30 degrees or so..right now 15 degrees and no blower fan..the fan works fine as long as the temp stays above 30 degrees or so..any idea's ?? thanks..pj

The resistor went out originally. Sometimes when this happens the wiring can burn. You will have to look at that. If it doesn't look burnt out near the resistor, then your next step would be to test power going into the resistor for each speed. If all is good there check the resistor outputs.
