pry up the sill moulding and remove the kick panel.3 10mm nuts hold the TCCM on.Disconnect the 2 connectors and inspect the multi pin connectors.Looking for any green corrosion,missing pins etc. May get lucky and just need a good cleaning and spray with WD 40 or equal.
