Default Help!

Can anyone tell me what this orange wire is coming off the plug? While it was running today i noticed it and touched it like an idiot and the blazer just shut right off. Seems now like im not getting spark at my coil, and the fuel pump isnt priming at all. Thanks for the help!

You have in your hand a connection that goes to the ECM AKA computer. black box that is right below your hand the pic. There are 4 connections. They are color coded. Plug it back in and start her up.

I agree, the plug goes to the PCM. If you're just wondering about the orange wire, my guess is that it goes to some sort of aftermarket security system, or remote starter. If that's the case, you're better off removing the entire thing before it starts causing problems

I did, all look fine! Double checked the ECM to make sure.
