Default Help! How to check fuel pressure??

I am having problems with my 2000 GMC Jimmy SLT 4.3 4x4. I need to test the fuel pressure but I can not find the fuel pressure check valve. I did some searching and cant find it or any idea online. I seen 1 check valve on the passenger side with a green cap, but I believe that is the wrong one. Any help would be great as its my daily driver right now!

thanks

It's on the larger of the two silver fuel lines on top of the engine... I have posted a component location diagram in a few other threads...

Green cap is the EVAP system. You want a black cap on a steel line rear of engine near distributor drivers side.

Okay I got to check my fuel pressure. What should the pressure be at? Im running about 51psi. Seems a little low to me. The reason why I checked my fuel pressure is because Im having some issues with starting as well as if I hold the throttle open going down the road, it will sputter hit about 3k rpms and stay there and kind of bog out a little when it hits 5k or so to shift it kind of back fires or pops like it is starving for fuel. any ideas?

that link for some reason wont work? the truck is still running rough. it you are very light on the throttle it is fine. if you are on the throttle at all you notice it quite a bit. also it is not throwing any sort of check engine light. the truck also has a newer cat on it. besides that it has 100k miles and never had any problems.
