Help Needed With Hesitation

Thanks for the suggestions.
I pulled a plug and it looks original. it has 125k on the vehicle. I almost fell over when the parts store said $150 for the factory wires! Thanks to this site I found rock auto and ordered everything...
I saw a thread where they said they get to the plugs from the wheel well. I guess they removed that cardboard material. IDK if i want to remove that.
