help with a p1351 code

Default help with a p1351 code
I have a 99 blazer with 4.3 vin w
And only problem I haveing is a p1351 code and kinda hard to start sometimes and has slight rough idle
Any ideas?
Btw has new icm,iac, cleaned egr new ac plugs, cap, wires etc

I can't get the diagnosis chart to open for some reason.
Could a bad fpr cause this?

Nope, P1351 is an electrical problem. (fuel pressure is not directly monitored on this system)

The link works, might be an issue on your end.

Thanks. Oh and Would the p1351 electrical issues cause hard starts and slight rough idle

Could very well be the cause of both issues.
