Question Help ! Wiring Question- 97 Blazer

Hey gang-

I have gone through the various threads and still don't have a firm answer on the following question. Of all the wires in the stereo wiring harness, which of the them would function as a "remote turn on" wire to initiate a powered subwoofer to start up. I saw on one of the posts where there is a large yellow wire that is 12V constant while the stereo is on. I saw that there was a pink wire for "antenna start up". Normally remote turn on wires send a brief jolt of power when you first turn on the stereo to tell accessories to turn on. Is this pink wire the same thing ? We have a fixed antenna but I assume Delco might have thrown that wire in there for other models that have power antennas ?? Any input would be appreciated !!

Thanks !!

You need to use the "remote antenna" wire... it's usually blue. Hook a test light to it and see if it illuminates when you turn on the head unit.

Thanks. I will try that one and the pink one and see what I can get. The wiring is so damn tight in there it is a little tough to use the tester.
