Default Here is what I did to fix my window motor.

First off I bought the large rivet gun. I ordered about 10 things called (Sex screws) from Fastenal. I wanted 1/4 diam. 3/4 length. The guy at Fastenal ordered the wrong size so I improvised with these roll pins. I had to cut and expand the pins then drive the female side of the screw into the pin. I then had to drill out the window motor support holes so the pins would fit snug. I also had to drill out the regulator holes so the pins would fit through. This job would be a lot easier with the correct size sex screws. I had no trouble installing the screws to attach the window motor as I removed the regulator from the window. It was not very easy to get the regulator back on track but it is on.
