hey guys, help with misfire when cruising?

ok, according to the modus... mis history before driving around block = cyl1= 1501 | cyl2= 3085 | cyl3= 3905 | cyl4= 23673 | cyl5= 8848 | cyl6= 588. And after: cyl1= 1524 | cyl2= 3141 | cyl3= 4393 | cyl4= 25517 | cyl5= 9810 | cyl6= 617.
I'd say cylinders 3,4, and 6 are misfiring pretty bad. only drove around block, maybe quarter mile if even that. cam retard is -2 degrees. p0300 code is set.

Cylinders 2, 3, & 4 are fired in order around the cap. I would suspect a problem with the cap and/or rotor that is affecting those three cylinders.

It was the cap/rotor. $52 but its fixed now, well, he says it is, we'll see. fuel pressure regulator is good and was replaced a year ago.
