How to replace blower motor in 99 blazer?

How to replace blower motor in 99 blazer?
My blower motor (heat/ac) Is howling like a banchee!
Can it be lubbed up? I think it probably needs to be replaced.
Anybody know how to do this??

on my 98, under the hood you have a black box on the passenger firewall.
look closely you will see a ''cut here for service'' line.
use a x-axto knife and cut the lines you can, and pull/tear the others.
replace blower(mine was 120$cnd with auto climate control)
reinstall plastic cover with black silicone/rtv.
took about 45 mins.
