Default Humming sound on highway

I have a 2000 Blazer and when ever i get above about 40 MPH a humming sound starts to come from what sounds like the front left tire. The sound is worse as i turn right but disappears as I turn left. Also, it seems to be related to engine speed. If I get off the gas and slow down about 5 MPH it goes away but then slowly starts back up after i get back on the gas. My friends think wheel bearing but it doesnt seem quite right, any ideas?

sounds like a wheel bearing to me... when you turn right all the weight transfers to the left tire, when you turn left the weight moves to the right tire..
