I'm guessing what's the problem. My first thought was the actuator. Everything I see says it a vacuum actuator. Mines electric. There isn't any vacuum lines around. There's one on top I can barely touch and see. Am I missing something. I wanted to test it to see if it was bad. I'm not that great of a mechanic. Testing it was a big step for me. Any ideas?

Hello,
you can inspect the vacuum system and the valve which is described in the first video.

In my case it was more serious and I had to open the front axle to replace the gear as explained in the 2nd video

Good luck in your research.
