Idle jumps to 2200 RPM at start

Default Idle jumps to 2200 RPM at start
Just got my baby back from the shop (ball joints, MAP sensor, some little issues) and one problem I asked them to look at was this idle issue. From a cold start, it jumps up to around 2000+ RPM, but after she warms up a bit its fine. I replaced the IAC about 6 months ago as a tune up and this has been a persistent problem.

Did the problem start after you replaced the IAC valve?
