Idles fine, Engine bogs down on acceleration, lack of power
Okay so when I misunderstood what you meant by disconnecting the sensor and i just unplugged the sensor from the wirring harness but left it in the exhaust it did not effect the way it ran it still ran okay at idle but terrible on throttle imput.
Then I plugged both the sensors back in but only managed to unscrew the drivers side sensor, after starting and reving it was back to normal reving all the way up and able to drive above 100kmh with 2 sensors plugged in but 1 sensor unscrewed.
i attempted to take it for a drive but noticed some smoke in the interior but that was caused by the "exhaust leak" heating up the undercoating i have the the vehicles to help prevent rust, and managed to drive it long enough for 4 codes to come up.
P0300 misfire, p0171 fuel trim system lean bank 1, p0131 heated oxy sensor (H2OS) circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 1,
i Will be very very suprised and highly upset if it ends up being a back pressure issue caused by the cat as it was installed less then 6 months ago by a mechanic shop

I tried to get a pressure and was unsuccessful as the "universal adapter" i had for my vacuum/pressue tester didnt fit in the sensor hole and i need the truck for work, so after thinking about it the primary suspect was the catalytic converter so unfortunately i opted to go caveman and cut the cat off and to my suprise the mechanic shop installed a refurbished catalytic converter, i didnt bother inspecting it to much at the time but i wish i did cause it was plugged up to high heaven and im also thinking its not even for the vehicle anyway (judging by shapen ot sure if that changes over time) so after instaling a temporary fix to get me to the weekend she is running better then ever, it apologize to everyone i dismissed with the "manifold back exhaust was installed less then 6 months ago" bs about the catalytic converter you guys ended up being right.

i really appreciate all the help provided and i especially wanted to come to a conclusion and post it because i found a few posts with similar or the same issue but struggled to find any that posted if or how they found a solution across a few sites, could have been my fault for looking at the wrong threads but i am also happy to have found the issue and was able to share the fix albit a little rough, hopefully this thread will help someone else in due time
I’m glad we were able to help you. Don’t beat yourself up, you’re learning and that’s a good thing. Problem-solving is both science and art, and I have found over the years that one of the biggest issues to overcome is our internal bias. That and verifying the fix. People assume that if a new part is put in that can no longer be the issue and often that is not true at all.

One final thought. If you’re gonna have the cat replaced at some point in the future before you do that you need to make sure your vehicle is not a cat killer. Rich fuel, coolant, oil in the exhaust all kill cats. I would do a cooling system, pressure test, a compression test And look at your fuel trims and O2 sensor wave forms before spending that money again. That may or may not be the case here I don’t know what the quality of the cat or the workmanship was with the guys you worked with before, but you wanna make sure Your exhaust is not the issue. Good luck.
