hey everyone i have a 97 blazer lt 4x4. the last couple of days it has been dying right after i start it in the morning, but it would start back up. well today i'm going down the driveway to the mail box and it dies and wouldn't start back. the dashlights don't come on, the fuel pump isn't coming on, and it won't let me shift from park!! its like the keyswitch is on reserve cause the radio and temperature thing up top that has the gasmileage and all of that on it is coming on. does this sound like a relay somewhere? i finally turned the keyswitch on and off enough that it finally started and i drove it back to the house and parked it. also the motor will turn over when it does this but no firing. thanks for all the help.

Not just these trucks. GM has had more trouble that we need with all of their models that are now column oriented. The day they changed over, it became a huge headache. Theft proof though??
