Default instrument panel going crazy

i was driving home and my instrument panel went crazy like my battery came loose.it did it a couple times but never died.about 5 minutes later i was turning a corner and put my turn signal on and it blazer off.so i pulled into a parking lot checked my battery and alternator but they werent loose.now it wont start (my fuel pump isnt kicking on),my instrument panel wont even show any lights or react when i try to turn it over.it turns over great but it has no fuel.i was thinking it might be the computer so if anybody has any thoughts just please let me know.thanks
