Intake Cooling Leak

Intake Cooling Leak
The intake manifold has developed a slow leak at the edges.
How big a job is this? Is it better to take to a shop?
The treuck needs a lot of work, so with 150k+ on the clock I’m considering just moving on to a newer vehicle.
The truck needs:
Intake manifold gasket replaced.
Rear trans seal replaced.
Has an evap system check engine light. (comes and goes on it’s own)
Needs the left wheel bearing replaced.
What do you guys think?

all i know is that mine was doing the same thing and my mechanic told me he can get some sealer that gm made for the northstar engines for the caddy's since they all had a coolant leak issue... and it hasn't leaked since. (knock on wood).
