its not there!!!

under hood fuse and relay center , not in my 96 ,4.3 blazer S 10.
i have a buss bar and one in line fuse. the service manual doesn't offer that option did some blazers not have it?
thanks for any help!

The underhood fuse/relay center wasn't used until '98.
