well does the button on the liftgate make the actuator work, or just the button on the dash? my bravada was kind of wierd you would have to be lifting up on the back window at the same time u pushed the button on the liftgate in order to open the window....only 1 i ever owned like that and never did bother to see why because it still worked . the gas gauge not working could be a few things maybe when they put the new fuel pump in they did not install the wires right or with a good connection when they hooked up the new updated connector for the fuel pump, or maybe they just flat out damaged the sending unit on install.....or my favorite the fuel pump is not new and it just sounded good at the time of sale to say the pump was new

This might take care of your rear window. Mine did the same thing, these took care of it. They push it out a little when you unlatch it, otherwise it just locks right back.

I have the same problem with one of my blazers, and all I have to do is lift it by hand while pushing the button, (and holding it in).
Same as the other poster, I haven't fixed it because it still "works".

I must be missing something here. My button is on the dash, there's no way i could hold the button and open the window at the same time. I could open it with a key from the back, but then i had to prop the window up with a stick, because the supports wouldn't hold it.

I have a 93, it doesn't have a button on the back, just a key.

submuzik,
Maybe this thread will help with the rear window. No, the pictures no longer exist.
And perhaps this thread will help with the gas gauge.
