Just replaced pads/rotors, now grinding noise when driving.
Replaced my pads and rotors yesterday passenger side went on fine, but drivers side went on funny and I had a grinding noise coming from that side when I test drove them. The threading on the lugs sticks out more on the passenger side than on the drivers side. I removed/reinstalled that side multiple times and I still don't know why the lugs arent threaded as deep on that side. I'm assuming thats whats causing the grinding noise. I measured the spacing from the base of the rotors and calipers to the edge of the outer wheel and it was the same on each side. Is it possible that the axle just sticks out a little further on one side than the other.

Just got out there, and bled the front two. No fluid was bled out of the drivers side caliper. The dust shield was in fact rubbing, I bent it back but its still making that grinding noise. I think the caliper's messed up. I'm gonna bring it to the shop tomorrow, let them replace the caliper and bleed out the system, most frustrating brake job ever.
