Just started goaning/creaking
Okay, so just today my 2000 blazer began making a loud creaking/groaning noise when I begin to accelerate and when I decelerate. It starts lower and slower then gathers speed as the the vehicle does. I popped it into neutral on a hill and the noise continued regardless.
It sounds like it is coming from the front of me and I am pretty sure it can be loudly heard outside the vehicle from what I could tell with the windows down. I am at just over 100,000 miles.
I am thinking maybe the hub bearings from poking around online so far? Anybody have this problem before?

Most likely is wheel bearing, from your description
You should have heard a hum very much like truck tire before.. that being a problem with off road tread. Have someone else drive it slow.. will be sort of gravelly noise in hub if wheel bearing.
