Started 96 Blazer w/no problem, drove it approx a half of block and it shut off, and would not restart.

1. I cecked the fuses located on the side of the dash, which are all fine.

Can anyone tell me the location of any other fuses, 'cause I noticed I don't here the fuel pump humming anymore?

She cranks, but no start...fuel pump replaced (don't know brand a shop replaced it) about 4 years ago.

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

if its cranking and you have power, cant hear pump....it just might be pump.
there is a fuel pump relay in the power block on driver wheel well.
might check that out....i dont know how you check for a bad relay though.

did it sputter at all or act like it was running outta gas....or has the fuel gauge been going all over?

this sounds like what happened to me, i was driving down road and then engine stopped...would crank all day long but not turn over.

i am sure there will be other people that will chime in, give time.

 

I would check the relay too usually you can exchange one from another system if it has the same number in the same under hood fuse box. Could also check for fuel at the line just before it goes into the CFI. Proper way is probably a gauge and check the pressure but I use a small screwdriver to push on the needle valve just to see if I have anything for a quick test.
Just don't get any in your eye it comes out quick if you've got good pressure.

 

That won't tell you if you have enough fuel pressure to start the engine, which requires 55-60psi. Get a fuel pressure gauge, connect it to the schraeder valve on the fuel intake line behind the throttle body, and follow the steps in 96+ Fuel System Diagnosis.

 

where exactly are the relays located, and are they labeled?

 

It was the pump. Changed sending unit...Thanks everyone.
