Default keyless entry

I have the code AU0 and I put plugged the RKE module in to the connector. The driver’s door now locks and unlocks like it should. (They had the wire that controls the driver’s side door jumped off the relay. They did this because with out the module the driver’s doors do not lock with the rest of the doors.) So the module works at least for that function. The problem is that I can’t get it to go into programming mode. I have tried the hold down the unlock button and cycle on off on off method, but nothing happens. I do not see a red two wire programming jumper connector that on of the posts mentions for some years. I have also tried to jump pin 4 to 8 on the DLC. Nothing seems to be working. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Did you undo all of the wiring changes that were made when the RKE module was not there? Until everything is back to stock configuration, I don't know how much help we can be...
