Can I replace existing key less entry transmitter 15731442 with a 15043458 transmitter and matching 15042969 receiver?

Existing key less entry system with 15731442 does not work either due to the remote start Avital 4300 which does not work but still connected or a bad original transmitter and receiver.

Should I disconnect Remote start unit ( I would like to but not sure how to do that) and is the key less entry system interlocked with Remote start and that is the reason it will not work? I do not have transmitter for remote start.
