Left Blinker to fast??
So Ive checked all three bulbs that go when the left is on they are all fine, cleaned them, still blinks to fast, only on the left side, its happened a couple times before and i just bang on the left rear tail light lens and it fixes it, but not this time. Is there a separate relay for each side?

Check for change when you:
Cycle the hazard switch a couple times.
Remove bulb one at a time while flashing, when no bulb lights the bulb and socket in your hand is the good one, the one still in the socket has a bad ground/common or its socket common is bad.
- which happens a lot on Chebbies, I hear
Good work.
Which would mean you will do the above to find the bad socket.
Long shot:
Remove the backup lamp that side

Just my 2 cents, you mentioned you checked the 3 bulbs but there are 4, the side marker next to the headlights also works with the signals, when mine had 1 of those blown I was getting the hyper flash and it happened to be the left. Hope this helps.
