I'm to the point of checking electrical on the Blazer.
1995 Blazer 4dr. 4x4
The issue is with the right front signal in the bumper. When signaled, all other bulbs flash except for this one.
Here's the kicker... all lights(including one in question) work correctly for the hazards.
So, in the wiring of which I have no diagram and would like to save some time of trying to follow wires. Are there any online diagrams I have yet to find? I've been searching, but the Titles don't seem to be related.

Thanks for not responding to this. I'm not being sarcastic either. I think things like it being a dual element bulb should have been the first thought that went through my head.

yes, it's a dual filament in the 95, and the genius's at chevy wired it to ground through itself!!! So... a problem with one signal (the upper by the headlight) affects the other. Check out how they work when the headlights are on, versus when they are off.
Solution to problem is either to
a: leave them wired like they are, grounding through both bulbs in series
b: rewire the front of the truck, identical to the rear of the truck, with leads to each bulb, and independent grounds, creating two parallel circuits.
