That's great news Mark. Glad to hear it worked out for you so quickly. In answer to your question, without a code being thrown, it looks from the troubleshooting steps you may have ended up around the third page before you hit on the IAC as being the problem. So I don't have a quick answer for you but you might have helped other people out with same symptons.
