Default Low Coolant Temperature

I have a 2004 S10 Blazer with 101,000 miles. The "Service Engine Soon" light has come on and according to Autozone the code says that the Low Coolant Temperature Sensor is bad. I have replaced the sensor, now the temperature on the gauge is not coming up to normal which should be around 190 degrees. and the "Service Engine Soon" is still on. Any Ideas? this is the first code this Blazer has ever given. Thanks

check your coolant level. I had this same code last year and I was low on coolant.

The Coolant appears to be full. I will check it again. Thanks

Sounds like the thermostat has failed in the 'open' position.

I changed my therm and the sensor on the head, check them both. Cleared my code.

Check the reservoir tank as well.
