P0101 - Mass Air Flow System Performance
P0102 - Mass Air Flow Sensor Circuit Low Frequency
These popped after I had to replace my blower motor.
I have replaced the MAF Sensor and checked the wiring I know to check.
Mad Props to Swartlkk for the Codes explanation, however for me its all a tad confusing.
I don't have full time access to a reader. I Just did the Checker parking lot 2 minute loaner.
I have no Idea what VCM, DTC and MIL are.
I Guess I am looking for someone that has had this happen and there's a "Check this"

not too sure about the mass air flow but...
VCM = Vehicle Control Module
DTC = Diagnostic Trouble Code
MIL = Malfunction Indicator Lamp (Check Engine Light)

Does it run better without the MAF connected?
Do you have any specific questions about the diagnostic steps? To save time and money overall, you really need to diagnose the problem.

I can only assume its a wiring issue and since I dont have access to a reader/Gauges to get the Ohms I will have it towed into a shop....
REALLY Don't have the $$$ to be throwing at it.

One suspicion I have is a plugged Cat. There are threads on this site-or someone will chime in-with a no cost/labor only way to check this out. I have to go to work now. Jerry PS you did mean that your Blazer is 'gutless', right?

Explain: "These popped after I had to replace my blower motor."
Did you have engine normal power before? If so, the problem could be one of many things ranging from an inadvertent disconnection of some wiring, disconnected sensor, coincedental failure of a component, the list goes on and on...
If the engine seems to start normally, I would first suspect an air flow issue.
