Default Misfires at light throttle

I recently did LIM and the upper intake gaskets, It seems like right when I start from a stop the truck stumbles a bit! Also at highway speed at low RPM and a slight hill right before it seems the need to downshift it misses so bad once it made the CEL Light flash.

New plugs and wires!

If it didn't miss before you replaced the gaskets, I'd say camshaft retard is off, (it needs to be checked & adjusted when the distributor is reinstalled). There are a ton of things that can cause a misfire, but I'd start there.

Good call hook I scanned and showed 13* so it's off a tooth or two!

Probably just needs adjustment. If it were off a tooth, cam retard would be ~27 degrees or more and P1345 would set.

Loosen the 10mm distributor hold down bolt and turn the distributor. Engine RPM must be snapped over 2K before taking the reading.

If you can't get enough adjustment, you'll need to remove the original hold down bracket from the distributor and install one of these: Mr. Gasket 1009 Distributor Hold-Down Clamp Chrome Plated Incl. Bolt/Gasket Most auto parts stores have, or can get it. This will make the distributor fully adjustable.

EDIT: The chrome does not make the engine run better, it's the adjustment
